Sarai Hopfe is an Associate in the Technology Practice Group, where she works on all matters related to technology and software transactions across a diverse range of industries, primarily in the U.S. She specializes in drafting and negotiating technology and commercial transactions, representing and advising her clients as in-house counsel or outside counsel, bringing a pragmatic and business-centered approach to counseling her clients. Ms. Hopfe has experience drafting and negotiating numerous types of agreements, including software-as-a-service (SaaS), enterprise licensing, partnership agreements, data licensing, and technology licensing.

Prior to joining BSA Legal, Ms. Hopfe worked for global technology companies, negotiating multi-million dollar deals for technology services and products directly or through partners to Fortune 500 and other companies.

Sarai received her Juris Doctor from University of Iowa College of Law. Prior to law school, she attended Iowa State University where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts, double majoring in Political Science and Speech Communication.
