Gabriel Neises is a Senior Associate in the Technology Practice Group where he focuses on data center suppliers and other technology-oriented companies. He has a unique combination of legal and technical and knowledge with a specialization in the drafting and negotiation of technology contracts and a CDCDP certification in data center design. This combination enables him to consistently achieve optimal outcomes for his clients. 

Gabriel most recently served at Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, holding roles in both the legal and business organizations. As Corporate Counsel and in Region Planning and Development, he spearheaded various initiatives with significant on the company. His responsibilities included drafting and negotiating Oracle’s data center and network templates, negotiating with global suppliers, and collaborating with data center suppliers to expand Oracle’s global cloud regions. Gabriel worked closely with senior management and internal stakeholders to maximize contract impact and foster Oracle’s growth. 

Gabriel received his Juris Doctor from Golden Gate University in San Francisco with a focus on negotiation, mediation and arbitration. He earned his BA from the University of Arizona with major(s) in Political Science and Spanish.
