Amy Marzullo is a Corporate Paralegal in the Data Centre and Corporate Practice Group.  She is an expert in supporting complex multi-jurisdictional corporate matters and contract and vendor management.  Prior to joining BSA Legal Group, Amy worked as an in-house Paralegal for a national senior living company. Working with both in-house and outside counsel, Amy’s focus included supporting all communities in the US and Canada with regulatory/operation matters, operating license renewals, licensing for new developments and CHOW (Change of Ownership) transactions, and Residency Agreement updates.

Prior to moving to Virginia in 2016, Amy worked as an Insurance Defense Paralegal in New Orleans, Louisiana. Tasks included drafting pleadings and discovery, subpoenas, witness preparation for depositions and trials, trial preparation, document review and production, and preparing medical and claims chronologies.

She received both her B.A. in International Relations with Minors in French and History and her Paralegal Certificate from Tulane University.

Amy is also a Virginia Notary Public.
