Larissa Polanco is an Associate at BSA Legal Group and is part of the Technology Practice Group. She has substantial experience in drafting and negotiating a broad range of technology and commercial contracts. 

Prior to joining BSA Legal Group, Larissa acted as a contract manager for a Financial Institution where she drafted and negotiated complex customer and supplier agreements with multinational companies. Before that, Larissa was a Legal Counsel for the private entity responsible for the operation and management of international airports in the Dominican Republic. 

Larissa received her law degree from the Pontificia Universidad Catolica Madre y Maestra in 2012. She holds a master’s degree in business law from the University of Toronto and a master’s degree in Legal Studies from American University.

She is also fluent in Spanish and English.
