Tom Borchert is an associate at BSA Legal Group and is part of the Technology and Corporate Practice Group, where he works with data center clients and other technology-oriented companies.

Prior to joining BSA Legal Group, Tom acted as an associate attorney for a small law firm based in Washington DC, where he drafted and negotiated various technology agreements between technology companies, trade associations, and municipalities. Tom has also worked on civil litigation, corporate governance, and export controls compliance matters.

Tom graduated from The American University Washington College of Law in 2022, where he was a member of the International Law Review and Moot Court Honor Society. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in history from the University of Rochester.
