We advise developers, operators, investors, private equity sponsors, software and technology companies, and other growth-oriented businesses on the transactions, commercial relationships, and strategic initiatives that drive their success. Founded over 25 years ago by Brian S. Alperstein, BSA Legal Group has assembled a team of experienced attorneys and business professionals who bring decades of legal, operational, and executive leadership experience to every client engagement.
