Shahnoz Mamadatoeva is a Paralegal in the Technology, Data Center and Digital Infrastructure, and Corporate/Governance Practice groups, leveraging her extensive experience in commercial transactions, corporate governance, and international law to support cross-border digital infrastructure initiatives.

Prior to joining BSA Legal Group, Shahnoz worked as in-house counsel with international organizations and a commercial bank in Central Asia, where she managed corporate governance, international business transactions, corporate finance, and regulatory compliance. This background is instrumental in navigating the complex international requirements for financing and operating global telecommunications and Data Center facilities.

Shahnoz received her law degree focusing on International Law from Slavonic University and her LL.M. in Commercial and Corporate Law from Syracuse University College of Law. She is fluent in English, Russian, and Tajik (Farsi).
