Shahnoz Mamadatoeva is a Paralegal at BSA Legal Group and is part of the Technology and Corporate practice groups. She has extensive experience in commercial transactions, corporate governance and international law. 

Prior to joining BSA Legal Group, Shahnoz worked as an in-house counsel with international organizations and commercial bank in Central Asia. Her practice focused on handling the corporate governance matters, international business transactions, corporate finance and regulatory compliance.

Shahnoz received her law degree with a focus on International Law from Slavonic University and her Master of Law (LL.M) in Commercial and Corporate Law from Syracuse University College of Law.

Shahnoz is fluent in English, Russian and Tajik (Farsi).
