Ryan Logan is a Senior Associate in the Technology, Data Center and Digital Infrastructure Practice groups, where he works closely with Data Center clients and other digital infrastructure businesses on a wide range of commercial, corporate, and operational matters.

Prior to joining BSA Legal Group, Ryan practiced as an associate attorney at several mid‑size law firms in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, where he advised corporate clients and government contractors on their business and real estate needs.

He also spent time practicing tax, trust, and estate law at a boutique firm serving high‑net‑worth individuals, giving him a broad foundation across multiple areas of practice.

Ryan graduated from Rutgers University School of Law in 2018, where he was a leader in the Community and Transactional Lawyering Clinic. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in political science with a specialization in American government from American University.

In his free time, Ryan is a dedicated sports fan and avid golfer who enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors.
