Reinhart Schaap is a Principal and Regional Lead for Europe at BSA Legal Group. He brings over 29 years of legal experience including Senior Management and General Counsel roles in the Data Center, IT, Telecom, and Logistics industries. He brings his extensive experience in advising on complex legal structures and complex high-value ($1bn+) global transactions.

Prior to joining BSA Legal Group, he led a global team of in-house lawyers at a large Data Center Operator supporting the business globally focused on Strategic Accounts (including the world’s leading hyperscalers) by drafting and negotiating contracts and implementing extensive and complex post-contract management.

Reinhart received his law degree from the University of Utrecht in the Netherlands and graduated in Private Law, Public & Business Law (“mr”) and got a separate degree for Domain Oriented Economics (“drs”).

Reinhart is fluent in Dutch, English and German.
