Matthew Way is an associate and part of the Corporate, Banking and Finance Group at BSA Legal Group.

Prior to joining BSA, Matthew practiced as an associate attorney at a regional firm representing financial institutions and developer clients across Ohio and Kentucky. His practice focused on complex financing transactions, including construction finance, corporate finance, project finance, and public finance matters. Matthew has experience advising on senior secured lending transactions, tax-advantaged and bond-financed projects, and multi-layer capital structures supporting commercial real estate and infrastructure development.

In addition to his financing practice, Matthew has advised clients on corporate governance and general real estate matters, providing practical guidance aligned with broader business objectives.

Matthew earned his Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration from West Virginia University in 2021. He also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Kentucky.
