Maeve Harper is a Principal in the Technology, Data Center and Digital Infrastructure Practice groups, where her practice centers on Data Center, digital infrastructure, Technology Consulting and Data & AI Services clients. She works closely with Data Center operators, telecommunications providers, technology consultants and , and other technology service providers on structuring, drafting, and negotiating customer contracts and ancillary documents related to corporate structure, financings and technical operations to facilitate current operations and potential future investment or exit.

Joining BSA Legal Group straight out of law school, Maeve initially focused on mergers and acquisitions with a rigorous emphasis on due diligence for technology and infrastructure assets. She has since refined her practice to focus on customer contracts in all stages, including drafting, editing or post-execution review and analysis.

Maeve was the first student in school history to earn dual J.D. and M.B.A. degrees from the George Mason Schools of Law and Business in 2018, a program that included studying business practices in China.
