Larissa Polanco is an Associate in the Technology, Data Center Infrastructure Practice groups, where she supports Data Center clients and other technology‑focused businesses in drafting and negotiating a broad range of technology and commercial contracts.

Prior to joining BSA Legal Group, Larissa served as a contract manager for a financial institution, drafting and negotiating complex customer and supplier agreements with multinational companies. Before that, she was Legal Counsel for the private entity responsible for operating and managing international airports in the Dominican Republic, gaining experience in commercial contracting, regulatory matters, and large‑scale infrastructure operations.

Larissa received her law degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra in 2012. She holds a master’s degree in Business Law from the University of Toronto and a master’s degree in Legal Studies from American University.

She is fluent in both Spanish and English.
