Jennifer Johnson is a Paralegal in the Technology, Data Center and Digital Infrastructure, and Corporate/Governance Practice groups, where she supports Data Center clients and other digital infrastructure businesses with entity management, corporate governance, and transactional documentation.

Prior to joining BSA Legal Group, Jennifer served as a Land Acquisition Paralegal for one of the largest homebuilders in the United States, where she drafted and managed due diligence for land contracts across multiple East Coast divisions. She also brings substantial experience in entity management and corporate governance from her prior role as a Corporate Paralegal for a Northern Virginia homebuilder and land developer.

Jennifer received her Bachelor of Arts degree from The George Washington University in Washington, D.C., and is fluent in both Spanish and English.
