Jack Sherwood is an Associate in the Corporate/Governance, Technology, Data Center and Digital Infrastructure Practice groups, where he supports data center clients and other digital infrastructure businesses on corporate governance and commercial contract matters.

Prior to joining BSA Legal Group, Jack graduated from the University of Richmond School of Law in 2025, where he was a member of the Journal of Law and Technology, the Richmond Law and Business Forum, and the Negotiation and Alternative Dispute Resolution Board.

He received his B.A. in Economics, with a minor in Psychology and Social Entrepreneurship, from the University of Virginia in 2022.
