Jack Sherwood works as a Junior Associate in the Technology and Corporate Practice Groups.   He focuses on corporate governance and contract matters for the firm’s infrastructure and technology clients.  Jack graduated from the University of Richmond School of Law in 2025, where he was a member of the Journal of Law and Technology, Richmond Law and Business Forum, and Negotiation and Alternative Dispute Resolution Board. He received his B.A. in Economics, with a minor in Psychology and Social Entrepreneurship from the University of Virginia in 2022.
