Grace Mc Leish is a Principal and head of the Banking and Finance Practice group. Grace represents clients in a broad range of complex local and multijurisdictional financing transactions. She is experienced in project finance, infrastructure finance, acquisition finance, leverage finance, structured finance, corporate finance, and receivables finance transactions.

Through her 13 + years’ experience Grace has worked globally across a variety of sectors energy, renewable energy, and financial services and for the last few years her practice has had a particular focus on the digital sector Data Centers, fiber networks, towers and EV charging. 

 Grace earned her B.Sc., LL.B. (cum laude), LL.M. in Corporate Financial Law (cum laude), and Certification in Banking and Finance (cum laude) from the University of the Witwatersrand. She practiced law in South Africa for 5 years and has been based and practicing in Europe (Amsterdam) for over 8 years.
