Grace is a Senior Associate and head of the Banking and Finance Group at the BSA Legal Group. 

Grace represents clients in a broad range of complex local and multijurisdictional financing transactions. She is experienced in project finance, infrastructure finance, acquisition finance, leverage finance, structured finance, corporate finance, and receivables finance transactions.

Through her 13 + years’ experience Grace has worked globally across a variety of sectors energy, renewable energy and financial services and for the last few years her practice has had a particular focus on the digital sector (namely on datacentres, fibre networks, towers and EV charging). 

Grace attended the University of the Witswatersrand where she obtained her Bachelor of Sciences BSC, bachelor of law LLB (cum laude), masters of law LLM (cum laude) in Corporate Financial law and Certification in banking and finance (cum laude). She practised law in South Africa for the first 5 years of her career and has since been based and practising law in Europe (Amsterdam) for the last 8+ years. 

Grace is fluent in English and Dutch.
