Christina Vergara joins BSA as an Associate and member of our Technology Practice Group. 

Christina has a deep legal background with unique experience in technology contracts. Immediately prior to joining BSA, Christina worked as an outsourced general counsel to a SaaS company where she handled the Company’s technology and commercial contracts.  The Company was acquired by one of the firm’s clients.  Along with her work at the SaaS company, Christina also has worked as a solo practitioner working as general counsel to small businesses, negotiating real estate, landlord-tenant, business, and commercial contracts; advising small-business owners on employer-related matters, and representing clients in land use, municipal, and civil related matters.  Christina began her career litigating in both federal and state courts representing plaintiffs in civil rights and employment cases, criminal defense and premises liability.

Christina graduated cum laude from Michigan Cooley Law School in May 2012, and received her B.A. in Political Science from Iona University in May 2008. 

Christina is admitted in New York and New Jersey, as well as the U.S. District Court of New Jersey and U.S District Court Southern District of New York.
