Alexis Martirosian is a Senior Associate in the Technology and Corporate Practice Groups. She has substantial transactional and general corporate and commercial law experience.  Prior to joining BSA Legal, Ms. Martirosian was a corporate associate at the Washington D.C. office of Venable LLP. 

Ms. Martirosian’s practice focuses on all aspects of corporate transactions and representation, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, private offerings of equity and debt securities, regulatory compliance, restructuring, refinancing, and intellectual property licensing arrangements.  Ms. Martirosian has represented an array of clients including start-ups, non-profits, emerging growth companies, and established companies.  She has experience drafting and negotiating numerous types of corporate documents including, asset and stock purchase agreements, services agreements, investment documents, financing arrangements, and formation and governance documents for corporations and limited liability companies. 

Prior to law school, Ms. Martirosian worked as a Government Affairs Associate for APCO Worldwide helping companies from the energy, healthcare, manufacturing and financial services sectors pursue strategic and comprehensive government relations strategies. 

Ms. Martirosian received her law degree from University of Richmond School of Law and her master’s degree in Middle Eastern Studies from University of London (SOAS).  She received her bachelor’s degree from Princeton University, where she was a member of the Varsity Field Hockey Team.  She currently serves as a Volunteer Attorney for Kids in Need of Defense (KIND) representing youths in family and immigration courts.
