Shubhojit Ghosh is part of the Technology, Data Center and Digital Infrastructure Practice groups at BSA Legal Group, with a focus on the negotiation of large Data Center customer contracts. He brings over 18 years of legal experience, spanning mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures, commercial contracting, and complex litigation across the cement, logistics and technology sectors.

Prior to joining BSA Legal Group, Shubhojit founded and led the legal and compliance function at a large Indian Data Center company, where he structured and negotiated hyperscale data center contracts aggregating in excess of 1.5 GW of data center capacity. He also led the company’s power procurement negotiations and large-scale land acquisitions, and structured and implemented its compliance framework.

Shubhojit received his B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) from the West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata, in 2008.

Shubhojit is fluent in English, Hindi and Bengali.
