Jordan is a Senior Associate in the Banking and Finance Group. Jordan represents clients in a broad range of complex local and multijurisdictional financing transactions. He is experienced in project finance, infrastructure finance, acquisition finance, leverage finance, structured finance, corporate finance, and receivables finance transactions.

Jordan has extensive experience over 14 years working across a variety of sectors, including energy, commodities, banking and financial services. For the past few years Jordan has focused on Data Centre capital markets transactions, being employed prior to joining BSA Legal Group as an Assistant General Counsel at a large international Data Centre developer and operator, where he supported the company’s EMEA Capital Markets and M&A businesses.

Jordan earned a B.A. LL.B. in International Relations and Law from the University of the Witwatersrand. He practiced law in South Africa for 4 years before moving to London, where he has been practicing for the past 10 years.
