With over a decade of experience in corporate secretarial roles across multinational real estate, shipping, and not-for-profit sectors in Singapore, Hui Fang has managed statutory compliance, board and shareholder meetings, entity administration, and regulatory filings for both listed and non-listed entities, while collaborating closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams across the Asia-Pacific region.

She has driven operational excellence through digital transformation and process innovation, introducing entity management systems, streamlining board approval workflows, and boosting productivity with modern digital tools. She spearheaded knowledge management initiatives, developed governance process guidelines and documentation, and advanced the use of collaborative platforms to strengthen consistency and efficiency across teams.

Hui Fang holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of London, completed through the Singapore Institute of Management, and is an Associate of the Chartered Secretaries Institute of Singapore (CSIS). She is fluent in English and Mandarin.
