Shane Vreeland is a Senior Associate in the Technology Practice Group with a focus on the negotiation of large data center customer contracts.  His experience extends to negotiating various in technology transactions across a diverse range of industries, including software, telecommunications, and other technology-adjacent companies. and drafting and negotiating various types of agreements, including colocation, connectivity, software-as-a-service (SaaS), data licensing, infrastructure purchase and licensing, power purchase, as well as procurement,  real estate and financing transactions.

Shane received his J.D. from the Baylor University School of Law in 2016 and his B.A. from Eastern Washington University in 2010.
