Morgan Galper is an Associate at BSA Legal Group, where she focuses on digital infrastructure and corporate transactions. She advises data center developers and operators, energy companies, and technology companies on a range of complex transactions across the United States and internationally.

Her practice includes data center development, acquisition, and leasing, as well as M&A, joint ventures, and commercial agreements supporting infrastructure and power investments.

Prior to joining the firm, Morgan served as in-house counsel at a publicly traded digital infrastructure company, where she worked alongside business and finance teams on cross-border transactions, structuring and executing deals across data center, power, and energy matters.

Morgan received her J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law and her B.A. in Sociology, with a focus in Women’s Studies, from the University of Florida. She is admitted to practice in Florida.
