Alexis Martirosian

Alexis Martirosian is a Principal in the Corporate/Governance, Technology, Data Center and Digital Infrastructure Practice groups and a recognized specialist in Data Center transactions and digital infrastructure. She brings substantial transactional, general corporate, and commercial law experience to clients operating globally across the Data Center ecosystem, advising on the full lifecycle of infrastructure development and investment.

Her practice spans all aspects of corporate representation, including mergers and acquisitions of Data Center portfolios, commercial contracting, real estate & construction, private offerings of equity and debt securities for infrastructure deployment, corporate restructuring, and regulatory compliance.

She represents emerging growth companies and established technology businesses, drafting and negotiating asset and stock purchase agreements, services agreements, investment and financing documents, and complex governance structures.  Ms. Martirosian leads and coordinates large, multidisciplinary legal teams while cultivating strategic relationships with law firms across the globe, enabling the efficient delivery of high-quality, jurisdiction-specific legal advice and ensuring seamless support for complex client needs worldwide.

Prior to joining BSA Legal, Ms. Martirosian was a corporate associate at Venable LLP in Washington, D.C., and served as a Government Affairs Associate at APCO Worldwide, where she advanced strategic government relations initiatives across the energy, healthcare, manufacturing, and financial services sectors.

She received her J.D. (cum laude) from the University of Richmond School of Law, her  M.A. from the University of London (SOAS), where her thesis was awarded Highest Honors, and her B.A. from Princeton University, where she played Varsity Field Hockey and was a member of the U.S. National Team. Licensed in Virginia and D.C., she also serves as a Volunteer Attorney for Kids in Need of Defense (KIND) in family and immigration courts among other pro bono activities.
